Information you choose to send
When you submit a request, the site sends your name, email address, optional business or plan name, and message to White Light Financial so the team can respond. Please share only the details needed to explain your question.
Chat and transcript email
The Insurance Buddy chat provides general education about insurance and employee benefits. It does not save chat history between visits. If you choose “Email this conversation,” the transcript and the email address you provide are sent to Chris at White Light Financial so he can reply. The transcript is sent only when you submit that form.
